How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Kuwait takes 5-7 business days.
For orders outside Kuwait, delivery takes 7-10 business days, depending on the destination.
Can I exchange or return my order?
Since all of our house numbers are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect details provided by the customer.
However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, we will gladly offer a free replacement. You can submit your request through our Returns & Replacement Center:
