Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our aluminium powder-coated house numbers and LED
components. Our products are covered by the following warranty terms under normal residential outdoor use:

• 5-Year Warranty on Powder-Coated Colour Finish
  Covers peeling, fading, or defects in the powder coating under normal weather
  conditions.
• 1-Year Warranty on LED Components
  Covers manufacturing defects in the LED lighting system under normal operating
  conditions.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation
and use.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by incorrect installation
• Physical damage, impact, or vandalism
• Exposure to harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning
• Electrical damage caused by power surges or water ingress
• Normal wear and tear
• Modification or repair by an unauthorised person

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with:

• Proof of purchase
• Clear photos or videos of the issue
  
• Order number (if available)

We will assess the claim and advise on repair, replacement, or part replacement.

Repair & Replacement

If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the product
  
• Replace the faulty part
  
• Replace the full product if necessary
  

Installation Responsibility

We recommend professional installation, especially for LED products. Damage caused by
incorrect wiring or installation is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
